Will my dog actually learn how to use it?

Most dogs work it out in under five minutes. The first press usually happens by accident — nose or paw — and once food drops, the connection is made. Load a few high-value treats on top of the kibble for the first session to speed it up.

What kind of food does it work with?

Dry kibble and hard treats within the size range listed in the specs. Wet food, soft treats and anything sticky will clog the auger.

Is it too hard for a small dog to press?

The keys are calibrated for a light paw press. Small and medium indoor dogs operate it without help.

Does it dispense endlessly? Could he overeat?

Each press releases a measured amount, and the tray holds a fixed capacity. Load his normal portion and the session ends when the tray does.

How loud is it?
